Students must take their final thirty-two (32) credits at New York University. These credits must be registered through UGFTV if the student is to receive a UGFTV degree. It is allowable, with advisor approval, to take some of these remaining 32 credits through Tisch or NYU Study Abroad Programs, but NOT through another university.
In Undergraduate Film & Television, transfer students should note the Five-Semester Residency Requirement, which applies to their degree requirements and states that students must spend a minimum of five semesters in the Department. For a summer to "count" toward this Requirement, the student must take at least 8 credits.
