Biography
Deborah Reinisch has produced and directed award winning movies and series for network, cable and public television, including the Emmy Award and National Board of Review winner ANDRE’S MOTHER for the American Playhouse series. Deborah has developed both studio-financed and independent feature films as well as developing series and TV movies for network and cable television. She also worked as associate producer and assistant director on many feature films, including BLOOD SIMPLE and RAISING ARIZONA for Joel and Ethan Coen. Deborah founded and runs the Sundance/Silverman Fellowship for New Producers and co-created the yearly Producers Lunch at the Sundance Film Festival. In July, 2013, Deborah will produce and direct the screen adaptation of David Ives’ play SURE THING.
